Digital Access & Account Licensing
Certain Studio Kane content may require:

Purchases grant users a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access designated digital content through their Studio Kane account for personal, non-commercial use.
Purchases do NOT transfer ownership of any intellectual property or underlying content.
Unless otherwise stated, digital access purchases are one-time transactions and do not automatically renew.
Voluntary Contributions and Production Support
Studio Kane may allow users to voluntarily contribute financial support toward ongoing studio operations and production efforts.
Such contributions are voluntary and do NOT provide:

creative control

voting rights

guaranteed access to future products or releases

Payment & Billing
Studio Kane may offer certain digital or physical products, services, or premium content for purchase through the Services.
Accepted payment methods may include trusted third-party payment providers such as Stripe and PayPal.
Payment availability may vary depending on region, platform availability, or service type.
Unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase:

all prices are displayed in the applicable checkout currency

applicable taxes, VAT, processing fees, or regional surcharges may be added where required by law

User Submissions
